Introducing the LYQCL-80 Ultrasonic Vial Washing Machine, engineered to meet the high-demand cleaning requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. The LYQCL-80 employs an advanced 800 W ultrasonic cleaning system, capable of adjusting frequencies between 20–43 kHz. This ensures thorough cleaning of vials, both internally and externally, across its 6-station cycle. The system uses recycled water, WFI, and sterile compressed air, each filtered to 0.22 µm, to meet stringent cleanliness standards and prevent contamination.

Key to its operation is the precision engineering of vial handling, utilizing mesh-belt transfers and PU grippers. This reduces the risk of breakage significantly, maintaining a damage rate of less than 0.5%.
