To achieve maximum Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), the Lingyao High-Speed Vaccine Filler is designed as the "heart" of a synchronized production ecosystem. We provide fully integrated downstream modules that match the 15,000 BPH throughput without bottlenecks.

  • High-Speed Servo Capping/Stoppering: Directly linked to the filling station, our multi-head rotary capper ensures immediate vacuum stoppering and aluminum crimp sealing. Each capping head is monitored by independent sensors to ensure 100% seal integrity, essential for maintaining the cold chain stability of multivalent vaccines.

  • Aseptic Conveyor Logic: Utilizing intelligent buffer zones and "No-Bottle-No-Action" logic, the system prevents glass-to-glass impact, reducing the risk of micro-cracks and vial breakage—a critical requirement for high-value biological products.

  • Precision Labeling & Traceability: The line integrates with our high-speed wrap-around labeling machines, capable of handling small-diameter vaccine vials. It supports GS1 DataMatrix coding and 360° vision inspection systems to verify label presence, lot codes, and expiration dates in real-time.

  • Centralized Line Control (SCADA): The entire production line—from washing and sterilization to filling and labeling—can be managed via a centralized control interface. This allows for total batch synchronization, ensuring that any upstream deviation is immediately compensated for by downstream modules, maintaining a continuous, non-stop flow.
